Cabling and Bracing:
Through the use of special high strength cable and other hardware, we can provide physical support for weak branches and stems to increase their strength and stability. For example, multiple stemmed trees have a tendency to split apart during high winds or after being overloaded with snow or ice. Professionally installed hardware in the canopy of a tree can prevent this terminal injury. Also, trees that are splitting can be pulled back together then braced and cabled to prevent the tree from totally failing.

Tree Removal:
Does one of your trees look dead? Are a number of your trees in a location for which they are not suited? Do environmental concerns lead you to believe that a tree is unsafe in relationship to your home or workplace?  Allow us to provide you with a competent and careful tree removal. This means that we enter your property with care, remove the tree (or trees) in it’s entirety without any unnecessary damage to the surrounding planting or buildings, and clean up after our work thoroughly.
Although tree removal is a last resort, there are circumstances when it is necessary. Our Certified Arborist can help you decide whether or not a tree should be removed. If so, our professional tree workers have the skills and equipment to safely and efficiently do the job. Experience, training and the most updated equipment allows our workers to remove trees safely and economically with minimal disturbance to the landscape and surrounding vegetation. We will recommend removal if a tree is dead, dying, or considered irreparadly hazardous.  Removal is necessary when a tree is causing an obstruction or is crowding and causing harm to other trees and the situation is impossible to correct through pruning. Finally, removal is necessary if the tree is to be replaced by a more suitable specimen.

Corrective Pruning:
Pruning is the most common tree maintenance service that we provide. Although forest trees grow quite well with only nature's pruning, landscape trees require a higher level of care to maintain their safety and aesthetics. Pruning should be done with an understanding of how the tree responds to each cut. Improper pruning can cause damage that will last for the life of the tree, or worse, shorten the tree's life. Common reasons for pruning are to remove dead branches, to remove crowded or rubbing limbs and to eliminate hazards. Trees may also be pruned to increase light and air penetration to the inside of the tree's crown or to the landscape below. In most cases, mature trees are pruned as a corrective or preventative measure.

Hydro & Lot Clearing: (Building Site Consultation)
New home construction often calls for the removal of several trees and stumps especially on popular wooded lots. Homes are constructed in the midst of trees to take advantage of the aesthetic and environmental value of the wooded lots. Unfortunately, the processes involved with construction can be deadly to the nearby trees that you wish to preserve. Further, unless the damage is extreme, the trees may not die immediately, but could decline over several years. With this delay in symptom development, you may not associate the loss of the tree with the construction. It is possible to preserve trees on building sites if the right measures are taken. The most important step is to hire a professional arborist during the planning stage. Our certified arborist can help you decide which trees can be saved, and can work with the builder to protect the trees throughout each construction phase. After developing a plan we have the equipment and trained professionals to remove the unwanted trees without harming the protected ones.
